📦 Return Policy
- We do not accept returns on purchases unless the product received by you is damaged or defective.
- To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@zevastra.com with your order details and clear photos/videos of the product.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
🔄 Replacement Policy
- If your return is approved, we offer a replacement of the same product only.
- Replacements are provided for damaged or defective items that are reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of the replacement request.
- If approved, a replacement will be arranged promptly.
